Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Curiosity, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
Eligibility
You must use the app in compliance with the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age required by local law, parental or guardian consent may be required. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Curiosity for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the app, content, or intellectual property.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with app availability or security. You also agree not to use automated means to abuse features or disrupt normal operation.
Educational Content Disclaimer
Curiosity provides short educational facts. While we strive for quality, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. The content is informational and should not be treated as professional advice.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription (Curiosity Pro). Available plans, trial periods, and pricing may vary by country and platform. Subscription details shown in your store at purchase time control the applicable terms.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are billed by your app store account and may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. The store terms and billing rules apply. You are responsible for reviewing renewal dates and pricing in your store account.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your store subscription settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise by the store. Deleting the app alone does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the platform where the purchase was made (for example, Google Play) and are subject to that platform's policies. We cannot guarantee refunds when the platform declines a request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curiosity is provided 'as is' without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If required by law, we will provide additional notice for material changes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. When feasible, we may also take less restrictive measures before full termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher operates, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise. Any disputes will be handled according to applicable legal procedures.
